Hugh Jackman resists in Footloose! The family film Real Steel accomplished by Shawn Levy succeeded in preserving its leader's place of the American box-office, a very timid box-office moreover. Newly taken out films (remakes) Footloose and The Thing were situated in the trio of head.

Real Steel, with Hugh Jackman, keeps therefore the head of the classification but with recipes in fall of 40 %. In a general way the cinema wasn't a big entertainment for the Americans since 10 better films total 74 million dollars, a weak score.
The remake of the film Footloose, also called Footloose, took the second place of the box-office by hounding the leader. Benefiting from good criticisms, the film gathered in 16 million dollars. The film relates the arrival of a young rebel (Kenny Wormald) in a small city where, continuation on the death of several teenagers in a car accident, entertainment for youth became very rare.
Still of the remake, or rather from the prequel with the film The Thing which relates the discovery of the terrible creature before events of the film of Carpenter of the eighties. The film which for his/her part doesn't provoke the infatuation of critics, didn't attain ten million dollars of recipes.
Not big changes on the rest of the classification, the same are found, The Walk of power, Incredible history of Winter the dolphin, The Strategist, 50/50 and Courageous who kept levels of proper recipes (in about of least 25 %).
The comedy The Big Year entered on the ninth place of this box-office. Surprising for this film of which has heard in no way. The film stages Steve Martin, Owen Wilson and Jack Black in ornithologists' roles which meet for an annual competition. Finally, the taking out again of the film The king Leo there 3-D makes the resistance to the tenth rank of this classification. Anyway it is a pretty blow of studios Disney and of the distributor Buena Vista since the film has already brought back more than 90 million dollars.
